JVAL BASICS 1 & 2
Intro to Jval class, breaking down the traditional Jval sequence into 2 parts to provide direct teaching of alignment and how to use props such as blocks and straps to make the poses more accessible to most students.

JVAL HOT YOGA
The Jval Method honors each student at their specific level. It is nurturing and challenging, promoting growth in your mental and physical health. Each class begins in a standing meditation and ends in Savasana. A cool lavender scented towel is placed on your eyes at the end of class to help with total relaxation. Jval Yoga is comprised of a 40 posture sequence, performed in a precise order, in a room heated to 105+ degrees. The word Jval, in the language of yoga; Sanskrit, means to burn, glow, shine, and make radiant, which is the desired outcome that a student will experience after taking this class. Your skin will glow and shine throughout the class and you will definitely burn toxins out of your body from the inside out. Another benefit of this class is weight loss, because it burns between 700-900 calories in 90 minutes. The Jval Method improves strength, tone and flexibility of all muscles including arms and upper body. Our instructors provide modifications and accelerations to help students reach their potential in each posture.
INTRO TO HOT POWER FLOW WITH INVERSIONS
Intro to Hot Power Flow is a dynamic and challenging Vinyasa series, meaning breath is linked to movement. This class is designed to introduce you to common postures in a typical Power Flow class. During Yoga Playtime inversions are taught and practiced. You will move at an energized pace to high energy music designed to build internal heat, build core strength while you focus on breath and alignment.
HOT POWER FLOW
Hot Power Flow is a dynamic yoga class, set to energizing music, with rigorous strength postures that will have you breathing, moving and sweating. This class focuses on building internal heat and core strength which will allows you to successful practice more advanced postures. class strengthens, This class improves your balance, strength, and detoxifies and cleanses the body and mind.
HOT YOGA FUSION
Hot Yoga Fusion blends the intense elements of Jval Hot Yoga’s static postures with Hot Power Flow’s Vinyasa metabolism raising breath to pose sequences. This high energy class is practiced in a heated environment that focuses on opening the hips, spine, and shoulders as well as strengthening core and upper body. In this class, set to music, you’ll have fun while energizing your entire body. Get ready to sweat.
HOT PILATES SCULPT WITH WEIGHTS
Hot Pilates Sculpt classes are high energy set to fast tempo
music and designed to tone and sculpt all major muscle groups. This class complements your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to limitless heights. Free weights are added to the Hot Power Flow sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises such as lunges, squats, tricep and bicep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. Your body will show significant results.
HOT VINYASA FLOW
Hot Vinyasa Flow classes are vigorous and beautifully challenging. This style of yoga links breath with movement through numerous sequences of Sun Salutations. In this you will be introduced to intermediate/advanced postures such as arm balances, hand stands, and back-bends. Students who already have a developing vinyasa flow practice, are physically fit, and who appreciate an intense sweat, will enjoy this class.
A healing, meditative blend of static poses using props, aromatherapy and reiki. Perfect for relaxation, recovering from injury or just when you need a little TLC! Opens the body, quiets the mind and is great for the parasympathetic nervous system.
KIDS FIRST YOGA CLASSES
Our unique classes consist of music therapy, deep breathing, concentration exercises, yoga postures, strength training and deep relaxation. The physical and mental benefits are widely encompassing and can help your child in
a variety of ways including:

SPECIAL KIDS TEEN & CHILDREN'S CLASSES
Special Kids’ yoga classes provide individual and group instruction for children and teens with different abilities. These classes are taught by yoga practitioners certified to teach "the Sonia Sumar Method: Yoga for the Special Child."
Students will learn how to self-regulate through breathing and calming techniques, improve muscle tone, flexibility & strength, and have fun doing it.
Special Kids Yoga/social skills group classes begin with directed instruction leading students through a series of activities to help them interact appropriately as well as help to improve concentration. The students are lead through a series of yoga postures to increase their overall fitness. The class ends with Deep Relaxation techniques to help children calm their bodies down.
